Google is making it easier for job seekers in the United States to find home-based jobs.
Users can now search for jobs in Google and filter their location in "Work From Home" to find an isolated job.
This filter will help users to find jobs that are listed as "remote", "home" or "at work remotely".
Job seekers can use the filter to find home jobs in all industries, but only in the United States.
For employers, this means that job offers must use this annotation to be discovered with this feature.
Google also works with a number of job offer sites. to increase the number of remote jobs that can be found in the search results.
Google is currently working with Working Nomads, We Work Remote and ZipRecruiter.
So, if you are not comfortable with the Schema markup, the list of your remote job offers on any of these sites should help them to find the new Google filter.
